GSH Architects were appointed by the applicant to design a residential scheme on a site currently occupied by a vacant residential property and an industrial unit.The existing residential unit on the site had been empty for a number of years, and was deemed unfeasible in respect of refurbishment.
An application was successfully granted for 10 new houses, a mix of three and four bedroom, semi-detached and terrace properties.
