Siltbuster used to occupy three sites on an industrial estate, and had out grown all three sites. They required a new dedicated single site from which to operative effectively, and from which to continue to expand and develop their product line for their services throughout the UK and wider across Europe.
The brief was to provide the Siltbuster Group with a new Headquarters building to accommodate the existing company and to allow for future expansion. The building should be befitting of a company HQ office building, whilst simultaneously providing the industrial storage and support required.
